These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of Advertise to Earn Team (ATET) and at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice. ATET has the right to change the program or terms and conditions when it deems it necessary.

If you become a paid member of Advertise to Earn Team, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed here. Do not join if you do not agree to all the terms listed here.

ATET is not an investment program or ponzi scheme. You are not guaranteed a return on your money. We cannot guarantee that you will make money with our program. You will receive real products and services that are valued far more then your $15 payment from ATET , and that is the primary scope of our program. You are also not ever required to refer other members to our program to earn.

We cannot accept members from the following countries: Iran, Syria, North Korea, Sudan, and Cuba.

Illegal activity. Members may not present ATET promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by ATET, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.

ATET will in no way be liable for any loss attributed to this program.

Third-Party Liability. ATET will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.

Terms and Conditions. ATET reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.

Membership Fee. Our membership fee is $15 and recurs every 3 months, and is nonrefundable.

You the member set up the recurring subscription, you are responsible to maintain it.

Cancelation of Payment. If you Paid via Alert Pay or Solid Trust Pay, you are required to login and cancel your payment at your account before your membership is set to recur. If you paid via credit card or debit card via our merchant account, use the contact us tab on the site with your full name and last four digits on the card to cancel.

Refund Policy. No refunds on payments will be given after positions have been distributed in the matrix as you have instant access to our services and products. You are resonsible for canceling your payment before it recurs. Make sure to cancel within 7 days of your memebership recurring.

The membership of the user can be canceled anytime by the administrator without giving any reason.

We Accept payment through credit and debit card via our merchant processor, Alert Pay, Safe Pay, or Solid Trust Pay.

Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of ATET with all future commissions or products usage forfeited.

Membership Cancellation. ATET is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. ATET will only cancel/terminate a membership if it's deemed that the member is operating in conflict with ATET terms and conditions.

Two forms of advertising are strictly forebidden: auto surfs and spam. Members caught using auto surfs will be warned once, then any new positions earned will be deleted and you will not be credited for them. Members using spam will have their accounts deleted immediatley.

Cancellation/Termination of membership. Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with ATET. Any positions held in participating Programs owned by ATET will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to .

Relationship. A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of ATET.

Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws of WV, USA.

Private Information. ATET will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.

Copyright Material. All branding, logos and graphics contained within Atet are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. Atet provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.

Damaging Intent. Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to ATET and or its members will be terminated from ATET. Depending on seriousness, Atet may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

SPAM. ATET strictly prohibits the use of Use or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of ATET and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships canceled.

Contact Information. It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area. ATET will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.

Tax. You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from ATET or any program promoted via the program.

Privacy: Your information collected is soley for the use of ATET and will not be sold to any other company.

MEMBER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT MEMBER'S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, atet EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. atet MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER atet NOR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, PUBLISHERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
